Thank you for your interest in TRUE! If you require assistance with measurements or maintaining your TRUE unit, we offer personalized one-on-one sessions to cater to your needs. We understand the importance of units in your daily life and recommend mastering the skills for the best everyday wearing experience. Our goal is to help you achieve longevity with your unit and make maintenance and measurements stress-free.

At TRUE, client education is a top priority. We recognize that everyone has different levels of expertise when it comes to hair, so our tutorials are designed with beginners in mind. You can choose the specific skill you'd like to master! When you purchase a unit, you'll receive a measurement chart and a pre-recorded maintenance video for your convenience. However, if you require additional assistance, you can book a one-on-one training session with us. During these sessions, we'll address your unique needs and guide you through the necessary skills to maintain your desired look.

To provide the best experience, our consultations and tutorials are conducted virtually via Zoom. We kindly request that you adhere to the appointment schedule and inform us in advance if you need to reschedule. Please note that no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may require the purchase of a Cranial Prosthesis to rebook the consultation or tutorial. All bookings are non-refundable. The consultation fee of $50 will be credited towards the purchase of a lace unit within one week.
