To say that I am pleased is an understatement!! I have had to wear wigs for several years and it a challenge to find the right maker; there's so many out there that say one thing and deliver another often leading to major disappointment. Not the case here. Kendra was incredibly thorough and when she set a timeline with follow-up, she did just that....no sudden "hey boo" texts here, IFYKYN..lol! And the finished product is absolutely stunning!! Soft, THICK, beautifully layered and exactly what I wanted. The hairline was perfection, no struggling to cut my own lace and everything fit like a glove! I will definitely be ordering several more.

Flawless Beauty If flawless had a picture of this unit this would be it. I have my confidence back without feeling like someone is staring at my hairline and knows it’s a wig. I have seen people eyes go from my face to my forehead and I immediately get uncomfortable. I want to shout and scream, “Yes, it’s a wig and I suffer from alopecia.” This hairlines is unbelievable, I sometimes forget it’s a wig and I know that sounds strange but I do. My first ever wig. Omg where do I start. Thank you so much for the attentive customer service from start to finish- the details, the little perks(kept thinking I need to go to the beauty supply store to pick up a wig cap- to my surprise one was included when I received the wig). Love love love I have been following True units for some years. I’ve always kept in contact with Kendra, and made sure to let her know that when the time was write my unit would be created. Well, the right time finally came and words can’t really express how much I’m in love with my unit. Not only is it beautiful, and natural looking but, her customer service goes above and beyond. She went above an beyond to provide the absolute best customer service too me! She was so sweet and kind and when I received the hair it was everything I was hoping for and some. The hair was soft, thick and has very little shedding. I made a wig out of the bundles and closure that is still in top shape almost a year later. I would most definitely recommend

I’ma repeat customer, and all I can say is the hair quality is amazing!! It truly regains it’s texture after a wash, has little to no shedding or tangling, even after it’s been colored. And the wig construction is amazing!!! The pictures don’t lie, I just pop my unit out of the package, put it on and I get non stop compliments. I already have another unit in production.

My experience with true was simply amazing!! She provided excellent service and made sure I was well educated on how to take care of my wig.

I’ve never wore extensions,weave, wigs etc. I used her services for my wedding day and I honestly could not have asked for a better result! The hair was versatile and fun! I started off with it straight & for my actually wedding day she wand curled it. The curls stayed beautifully in the hot heat and for a few days after! Once they dropped, I had a amazing wavy pattern that I adored. I kept this hair in for over a month and it still looked amazing! She made my wedding day special and I felt like a true Queen!

I just had to share these pics! My stylist here in VA loved the hair and kept complimenting it, even said she was gonna buy some herself soon cause she’s been wanting some I took it down the other day after wearing it for about 5 weeks..and with a simple wash and condition, it literally came right back to life. I never usually reuse hair but I’d be crazy to throw this hair out after one install so glad I found some hair I can keep using and it still looks brand new second install with these same 3 bundles and I’m sure I’ll be using them even for a third install. Very satisfied
