TRUE by K. Nicole® operates as a virtual specialty cranial prosthesis facility, serving clients nationwide through online care coordination, virtual consultations, and direct-to-client shipping.
Our administrative office and shipping center are located in Brunswick, Georgia. We do not operate as a public walk-in location and do not offer in-person consultations or fittings at this time.
All services are provided remotely, and custom cranial prostheses are shipped directly to clients once completed.
No, we are not. TRUE only has one website, truebyknicole.com. Unfortunately, our brand has been stolen for scam ads on several social platforms. For years we have had other factories use our branded content, to scam their shoppers. Shoppers are under the impression that they will be receiving the TRUE custom unit in the ad. Instead, they are receiving cosplay wigs. We are not affiliated in any way. We have never reviewed products for any wig brand. Nor have we given any brand rights over our brand’s intellectual property. Lastly, we do not sell 3 wigs for $59. If you have been a victim of the scamming on any social platform or website, please contact the social platform & your banking institution or payment processor.

from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET, and
Fridays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM ET.
Messages received outside of business hours are responded to within 48-72 business hours.

Clients using insurance or HSA/FSA are required to complete a Cranial Prosthesis Consultation so we can properly document medical need, outline coverage options, and map your care journey.
Self-pay clients may proceed without a consultation only if accurate measurements are already on file and no changes are needed. For new clients or updated needs, a consultation is strongly recommended to ensure proper fit, comfort, and long-term outcomes.
Consultations are always available for guidance and support. If you’re unsure which pathway applies to you, our care team will guide you.

While attached systems are available when clinically appropriate, we always offer glue less options whenever possible as part of our holistic care philosophy.

All orders are shipped via insured USPS or UPS with tracking and signature confirmation to ensure secure delivery.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
Because cranial prosthetics are custom, medical-grade devices, orders become non-refundable once production begins. This ensures quality, safety, and compliance.
