Are you affiliated with any other website or brand? 

No, we are not. TRUE only has one website, truebyknicole.com. Unfortunately, our brand has been stolen for scam ads on several social platforms. For years we have had other factories use our branded content, to scam their shoppers. Shoppers are under the impression that they will be receiving the TRUE custom unit in the ad. Instead, they are receiving cosplay wigs. We are not affiliated in any way. We have never reviewed products for any wig brand. Nor have we given any brand rights over our brand's intellectual property. Lastly, we do not sell 3 wigs for $59. If you have been a victim of the scamming on any social platform or website, please contact the social platform & your banking institution or payment processor.

Machine Made Sizing vs Custom Sizing

Machine Made Units come in standard sizing only. Small, medium, or large. The cap is a breathable mesh and adjustable. For extra security and adjustments, it also has an elastic band and wig combs. For the best fit, measure your head and we will help you select a size. 
Custom Units are made with your exact head measurments for a more fitted feel. Our most commonly requested cap is the mesh dome cap. However, there are other cap options available upon request. For extra security, it too has an elastic band and wig combs.

Do you offer payment plans?

Split payments with Klarna, Afterpay, and Paypal are offered via invoice. Please email [email protected] for an invoice.

What is the turnaround time for a custom unit?

Your order will begin processing 24-48 business hours after the order has been made. It will then be processed within 15-20 business days (3-4 weeks) and ship 2-3 day priority mail with signature confirmation.  We will send an order status update once the construction of the wig is complete. If you'd like to know an anticipated ship date, please send an email with the date you plan to place your order.

What kind of hair do you sell & use for the wigs?

All hair is 100% human hair. It can be properly lifted (bleached), dyed, cut, & curled (using the tools recommended heat setting). It will last at least 3-5 years with proper care. 

What do the numbers associated with the lace mean?

Those numbers reference the actual size of the lace. For example, 5x5 means 5 inches across the hairline by 5 inches of parting space. Frontals cover the entire hair line. Closures do not. We offer 5x5 (closure), 6x6 (closure), 13x4 (frontal), & 13x6 (frontal).

What is the processing time for hair purchases only ?

Your order will begin processing within 24-48 business hours of receiving your order. It will be shipped within 7-10 business days. You will then receive your order in the number of days that were selected at check out. We always strive to meet or beat our processing times. Feel free to contact us with questions about your order.

What is your cancellation, refund or exchange policy?

Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of completing your order. Cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order. Once that timeframe has been exceeded, your order will begin to process and the following refund/exchange policy will apply to your order.  Due to the nature of our products we are unable to process and issue refunds or exchanges for any products that are available for purchase on our website. However, that does not mean that we intend to neglect our customers in any way. We ask that you still contact us with any concerns regarding your order. As we will do everything to resolve them.

How are all orders shipped?

Once processing is complete, your order is shipped via USPS or UPS standard priority mail with insurance and signature confirmation  or express mail with insurance and signature confirmation. If there are any delays, please contact the shipper for immediate updates.

Are all of your units glue less? 

All units are glue-less. However, glue is optional.
They also come ready to wear. All lace is HD Lace. Knots bleached, lace customized, and cut. Elastic band and wig clip inside. 

Do you provide International Shipping?

At this time we do not provide International Shipping. We look forward to adding it back to our site in the future.
