I'm a repeat customer, and all I can say is the hair quality is amazing!! It truly regains it's texture after a wash, has little to no shedding or eagling, even after it's been colored. And the construction is amazing!!! The pictures don't lie, I just pop my unit out of the package, put it on and I get non stop compliments. I already have another unit in production!
